Another new hero comes into tinseltown with SR Pictures, Ramar. A Law college student Mr. Vinay Dutta, who has no prior experience of films has entered Tamil Industry as pretty new face. Though he has no prior experience, he is confident that he has done a good job as hero.
New face Guatham, a former assistant director, is second hero while new find Anmol plays heroine. The film has been shot entirely in Cuddalore and delas with the concept of fidelity. Another lady producer, Ch. Sudharani enters the fray with this flick directed by debutant Athiraja. New comer Charles Melvin handles the music while youngster Kasi V Nathan handles the camera. The audio release of this movie was held at Satyam Cinemas recently. Almost everyone, including the director, is making their debut in this movie which has some mind-blowing action sequences.
The director of the movie is Aathiraja who was a former assistant for director Dorai. Starring Vinay Datha and Anumol, this movie will be the perfect launching pad for the debutants.Vinay Datha is a very promising talent, revealed director Sivasakthi Pandian in the audio release function of Ramar. Anumol, a new face from Kerala, is the heroine.
The cinematographer is Kasi V Nathan, who has earlier worked in the unreleased movie Ayyan. Charles Melvin, a former keyboard player has scored the music while Ilayakamban and Andal Priyadarshini have penned the lyrics. Suresh Urs, well known face in the industry, will take care of the editing department.
A quick look at the trailer reveals the risky action sequences and the fast pace of the movie. It is also known that the entire movie has been shot in Cuddalore.
Ramar is a triangular love story between two friends and a girl and the differences between the three that arise due to fidelity. The backdrop of the movie, the newcomers and the treatment of the movie will be the plus point, says the director.
With Moscowin Kaveri releasing with Ramar this Friday, it would be interesting to see who wins the race.
